蒸汽進入多效蒸餾水機第一效，在對蒸餾水機加熱的同時，其污染滲漏也可能存在。因此，對多效蒸餾水機第一效的設(shè)計制造應(yīng)采取雙管板技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)，以保證蒸餾水機在制作蒸餾水時不被污染。而雙管板是指脹管板和焊管板雙重結(jié)構(gòu)，在脹管板和焊管板之間，有10mm左右的間隙，如果加熱蒸汽有泄露，則從脹管板一端滲出蒸汽，如果進料水一端有泄露，則從焊管板一端滲出水液。這樣即可以有效防止?jié)B漏污染，也可及時發(fā)現(xiàn)泄漏故障。
